Okay - I had to get this down before I forgot. I truely have never in my life laughed this hard - I thought I was going to either hyperventillate or have a hernia!! XDD;

My mom, my dad, my little sister, and I were playing a game where you had to listen to sound clips and such. Well, the one we were listening to at the time was a horse race. One of the horses in the race just happened to be called Jockey Strap (which, mind you, is not very fortunate for the horse in question).

My mom and I started to get the giggles at the mention of his name and were giggling even more as the sound clip progressed (the fact that there was also a horse named Safe-Sex didn't help either - espescially when an extremely bad but also extremely funny pun was made using Safe-Sex's name; the pun was "Safe-Sex on the rear", and if you don't get that, I'm not explaining it to you).

Digressions aside, once the clip was finished, my little sister (being only 9 years old) decided to figure out just what was so funny. So, being an innocent child with no corrupted views on the world, Abbey turned to our dad for the answer (here's where the fun begins). The conversation between them went as follows:

~Abbey: "Daddy, what's a jockey-strap?"
~Dad: "....It's actually called a jock-strap... and it's something that some people who are in sports wear sometimes."
~Abbey: "Oh." (pause for thought) "Where?"
~Dad: "Down there."
~Abbey: "Where?" (asking again because, remember: she's 9)
~Dad: "....Down there..." (again for emphasis - hoping she would get the point)
~Abbey: "Why?"
~Dad: ".....For support...."
~Abbey: "What does it support?"
~Dad: "..............."

The funniest part was watching my dad's facial expressions gradually change as the conversation went along. .... You can imagine what that was like. >X3 It's times like these when I can lean back and say, "Boy, life is good..." ;3
